A friend of mine can reprogram ecu, both OBD1 and OBD2 chips. Many programs available, $100 for OBD1 and $350 for OBD2.

I also have a friend that can reprogram OBD1 and OBD2 ecu with custom program for your mods, not a copy chipped that may not work for your mods. Same prices, most of his chips are done on the dyno, so you will have to pay for dyno time though.
