Default FS: 97 Integra

Selling my 97 integra LS because my dad and I are planning on building up a classic camaro. Need the money to buy the V-8. I have owned the car for a bit over a year now and it runs like a champ. I am the second owner (first owner was a female college student from the area)

Car has a little over 92K miles but runs real strong. Engine is never pushed into higher rpms before it is warmed up. Never had any mechanical problems with it. Because I have always believed in preventative maintenence, She has gotten maintenece performed before it is necessary. Just had the timing belt replaced and brake pads are about 6 months old. Oil is changes every 3000 miles (sometimes by me sometimes by a shop depending on if I feel like gett'n dirty that day) Though I haven't gotten a compression leakdown done, she gets great mileage (as high as 32 mpg on the frwy) so i would assume the compression must still be pretty good.

The car has a AEM CAI w/ bypass valve, a DC sports 4-2-1 header, and a Greddy EVO vatback. The suspension has been dropped 1.5 inches on tokiko spings and shocks. I have also put suspension techniques sway bars on the front (1 inch) and back (3/4 inch) Man this car handles so much better than it did when i bought it. I chose not to lower it anymore because Sacramento has some F-ed up roads and driveways and I really didn't want to be scraping everywhere I go.

I have pics of the car I can email but Im not sure how to host them so I can get them up here. The interior is in great shape with the exception of a small stain under one of the rear floor mats (I think that college girl spilled a mocha or something back there???) The (white) exterior is in good shape. I just polised and waxed it fabreezed the interior and put rain-x one the windows. It does have the standard small spots in the hood/bumper paint from rocks. Other than that there is a small dent that is MINOR in the rear passenger 1/4 panel abover the bumper. Was there when I bought it. Looks like shopping cart ding. Did NOT remove any paint or crease it. It is just kinda puckered in a bit. I have been afraid to try and tap it out for fear of making the problem worse. Since it is not all that big in the first place I haven't even concerned myself with trying to tap it out. Oh yeah, I put new pioneer speakers in the car in february which are currently running off the stock deck. the car is wired for a trunk amp though and I have a sub if anyone wants to take it with the car.

Let me sum it up by saying I love this car, but the appeal of that 396 is just too much for me to handle. Asking price for the car is $9000 which is negotiable. I still have originial intake/suspension/exhaust if buyer wants those.

I live in the Sacramento Ca area so a buyer from the surronding are would be easiest. Though If you are willing to pay for a plane ticket to get me back, I would be willing to drive it to you. (Good excuse for a road trip)

Heres my email mcphail11@attbi.com

Price is right- maybe low actually. You'll do better in local papers I think- The dealer by me had 3 98/99 tegs, all were 16K with 20-40K miles. Do a KBB.com and see what it says. 396=torquemonster, gas guzzler

Yeah I Figured I would get more from local buyer. I know the 396 doesn't get crap for gas milage.... but its not exactly a hot commodity on the import theft market either
