Hey guys i was wondering if anybody here has ever done business with Kyle Craw kcraw@adelphia.net i found him on Thepartstrader and right now hes scamming me out of $500 for a JDM S1 tranny. i sent him a check about a month ago and he said my tranny would be here 3 weeks ago and lately he's been ignoring all my emails for 2 weeks.

what should i do?

i say some one goes over there and pretends there you .. the guy will **** his pants and have over the money .. no police involved

go file a fraud complaint with the FBI on their site, they know all about the partstrader site and the many scammers that lurk it...

i had a guy in NC try to rip me off for parts, sent half my purchase, which some of it was damaged, and then said he couldnt find a box for the rest, then said he did and sent it...then tried to blame it on mail boxes etc. for not sending it..i filed with the fbi, within 2 weeks i had half my money back since thats what i wanted since he only sent half the stuff.

and make sure you keep your emails with him, they helped me big time.

 

i have dealt with him in person if you can get his phone # i can give him a call, he bought a motor from me before.

 

sounds like you should file with the FBI.

also guys i filed with the IFCC (internet Fraud Complaint Center) which is a dividsion of the FBI its been about 2 weeks now but i still havent heard from them.

so thats the update other than he now says that everything is ready and all he needs is my address for the 4th time in over a month....

when i get home tonite ill post all of the emails so you all can see not to deal with this guy

lastly i glad to hear that someone got their money back from this ******!!!

They'll usually investigate him, then notify your township police who send him a letter stating a complaint has been filed against him, which usually means a court date. The guy that ripped me off **** a brick when he got a letter in the mail from my township police, i still have the message of him freaking out on my answering machine saying he'll send the money if i cancel the complaint, just told him send it asap then i will. got my money and cancelled the complaint. Never heard from him again and he hasn't tried to sell anything on partsscammer since
