Default b16a2 Longblock

Well with much interest, but no one moving forward with the sale locally, I'm willing to take this nationally and ship at buyers expense.

story
Original B16a2 longblock from my 00' Si. The motor burns about 2 qts per oil change and after taking it in for a diagnostic, Acura recommends rebuilding the shortblock. The motor is still in the car and being driven daily watching a close eye on oil levels.

motor
135K original miles, completely stock. Motor runs, idles, and performs perfect, but burns oil. I am the second owner of the vehicle and have maintained oil changes regularly at 2500 miles. No burn smell, smoke, or notice for concern at daily driving. Only at vtec crossover does the motor burn the oil, evident with a black puff of smoke.

reason for selling
I cannot afford downtime, therefore I am replacing the motor with a built block (b16/b18) from a local seller here on H-T. Again, the motor performs as a healthy Honda motor should, but will need a rebuild of the shortblock.

status
I just received the new motor from a fellow H-T member and will be pulling this motor on the weekend of March 19th. However, if you are local and you are serious about purchase, I will let you test drive the motor in the car now. What better way to know how the motor will perform, then to test drive it?

options
I'm looking to sell the complete longblock (head/block) for 650$. I can also part the head and block for 400$(head) and 250$(for block).
