Why?
I can think of 3 reasons:
1. Tein is a sponsor of the racing series the car is running in and the sticker is required.
2. Spoon is a tuning shop that puts together other peoples part to make their suspensions. Tein is a supspension manufacturer that could conceivably custom build to specs. Who wouldn't take a sponsorship like that?
3. The car may be owned by a third party, who has both Spoon and Tein as sponsors.

How about because:
- Most of Sp(o)(o)n's stuff is rebadged anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if Tein was the one who builds Sp(o)(o)n's suspensions. So why pay a premium for the Sp(o)(o)n name when you could have the original part for less?
- The Sp(o)(o)n sticker adds 33HP
- He has a Sp(o)(o)n shift ****
Just a few more thoughts . . .
