You've got to be kidding me.
"Greg is the most famous street racer in the nation. He is the rock star of racers."
-Sean Murphy
"Racing is my zen, my passion, my life. It just makes sense."
WTF!!
who is this guy?

Well, there's three minutes of my life I'll never get back... Why do I even bother looking at these things; I should know better.

Sure, but Casey is the Rock Star of 4 door driving, baby seat toting autocrossers
.
Scott, who knew better than to hit the link and still has that 3 minutes of his life intact.

He is the guy from the MTV street racing clip that was floating around a while back. I actually thought that was rather well done.
Sounds like he just wants to get a film career going around racing (street or otherwise). I don't see anything wrong with that.

Bitten by the race bug, Greg began to learn all he could about cars and racing so that he could participate every weekend, using large amounts of nitrous oxide to defeat his opponents, and going through motors every two months. Although driving fast in a straight line was appealing, Greg really loved cornering and would take to the canyons in the late nights and early mornings.
After years of experience in the mountains behind Los Angeles, pushing it to the limit and almost losing his life more than once hanging his back end off a cliff, Greg decided it was time to get off the streets and build a real race car. Procuring a right-hand drive CRX SIR from Japan, Greg stripped it to bare shell. He build this car to spec, referring to a SCCA World Challenge rule book, seam welding the chassis, constructing his first roll cage, and even painting it himself. Once built, Greg went to SCCA racing school, obtained his license, then went racing.

uh...yeah. he claims to have been a "main" extra and stunt driver in F&F yet I can find his name nowhere in the credits ( http://us.imdb.com/Details?0232500 )
sounds to me like a "granny shifting, non-double-clutching when you should..." wannabe.

Casey, who says, for the record, I've never autocrossed w/ baby seat in car. Always leave it behind in the garage.

he thinks he is going to become some big bad road racer.
what a poser.
that website is a giant ego trip.
he thinks a couple scca schools and hpde's means he is a racecar driver.

Like I said in the other post, I think he's for real. Why else would he have a SCCA World Challenge spec RHD JDM CRX SiR with a supercharger?

You're all just haterz.
Hey Casey, the photo on top of the car is a good idea. Bring a box of pampers to the next autocross and we'll snap a tizzite testosterone poser pic of you standing on the roof of the truckster with your helmet in one hand and pampers in the other.
And guys... never underestimate the power of marketing in these days of Fast and Furious Supa Tunerz damn straight cr3w shizzle. This guy will probably net more sponsorship money than any of us.

Your right. I think he will go far just because his name is famous in the street racing world. The kids will love him. Hey...maybe he can convert them. It's sick.

Absolutely! Sad or not, that's the truth. LOLThis guy will probably net more sponsorship money than any of us.
The only problem our friend has is that currently all his sponsorship money won't go towards his highly anticipated road racing endeavors since according to his data sheet, it's been over a year since he lost his "racing license" he got from the July '00 SCCA school by not running any actual races to keep it. hahaha
Still you're all haterz!
edit: on second thought, read: "racing license" as "learner's permit" since no scca school hands you a license. even more lol

hey, this guy seems decent, his integra was in the last issue of Modified, and he fabricates his own parts at his house. Hes currently building a tube chassis CRX in his garage. I ceratainly don't agree that hes the rock star of racers, but he seems like an alright guy

How does he say he's a stunt driver for everything when he has no merits? Well, other than SCCA Drivers School.

How come he can't hold a job for more than a year at a time if he's sooo good?

Most every SCCA race I've ever attended included lots of "stunt driving." Especially stunts like crashing into things. How does he say he's a stunt driver for everything when he has no merits? Well, other than SCCA Drivers School.
