This should probably be in the appearance forum by now. Sorry if you guys are tired of these pictures, but lots of people have asked me to post pictures when I was done. I'm not sure at this point if I'm actually done, but there's just more things I need to focus on, so this is the finished product for now.
Anyhoo, I found the smallest turnbuckles I could, and used 20GA wire for ties. The gold color hoops attached to the splitter are picture frame mounts I bent at a 90. The idea here is to keep the leading edge from folding under.
Thanks for watching.

Who cares if it actually works.
Yo, thats tiTe yo.
Be prepared to get this question at least 7 times...
"Yo... is that a wings west piece?"
Just tell them it's a JDM Mugen piece only available in Japan and that a Marine Corps buddy of yours picked it up for you.

Yo yo...TiTe iS riGht homEy.
The material is .093" ABS plastic rivited to the bumper with 1/8" diameter aluminum rivets (I used aluminum rivets for the massive weight savings over steel rivets). The undertray & splitter mounts to the airdam with "L" brackets and to a few other places under the car, such as the factory tow hooks and a unused lower AC condencer bracket (zip-ties). Be sure you use yellow zip-ties for that ultra "pHat" look
.
Basically, you just visualize what you want, and figure out a way to make it happen.
Total cost for the plastic was about $35, and the other misc hardware was probably another $10 or so.
Roadracer's car was the initial motivation, (yes, this is all your fault Scott)

....and Roger's car was my motivation from there.

All in all it turned out ok and it was fun building it, but now I have to get serious. I still need to get the forward section of my roll cage in, replace the steering wheel, replace the seats, get a real fire supression system installed, gloves, shoes, ect....
John -- who's christmas list isn't as long as it is expensive

And I refuse to let your project cause me to fiddle with mine even more.
Must... resist... urge... to... tinker.
Scott, who is leaving well enough alone... until Karl passes me the first time.

Nice looking there! Not to mention look really funtional too
Splitter looks to be about 2-3" off the road surface, right? Anyways, you've given me something to strive for in building my integra. Original idea I had was to take the rear spoiler and use it in the front as a semi-splitter/airfoil device. But being that this is being design primarily for Auto-X I need low speed downforce. So I will be going for a homemade splitter with the largest lip I can legally attach and still maintain the cars top profile as "stock"... But i think that won't be too hard with the '90 integra as the bottom lip is recessed some 4" from the bumper contour.
johng, you have Speedvision as a sponsor..cool!
