Is there anywhere that sells bolt in rollcages for civics. I know sparco and lokar make harnes bars but thats not what i want. I want a bolt in cage.

The good news is that, being in High Point, you don't have to buy an off-the-shelf cage.

Call Competition Cages in Hillsborough and Chris can build you whatever you want. Factor in some value for your time and shipping and custom cages make $$ sense.
