Problem with sparco slider...
I've been noticing recently that my sparco slider has a bit of play in it. What I mean is, whenever i'm braking, i notice my seat as well as my body moving forward a little bit. Upon further inspection, i realize that the top portion of the slider that my side mount is bolted onto and the bottom portion of the slider that my floor bracket is bolted onto seems to be lurching forward whenever i brake. Apparently, the two have a bit of play. Does anyone else have this same type of problem? Any remedies? It gets really annoying after a while. Thanks in advance gents
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

first off, make sure that the both sides of the slider are locking together. secondly, there is a bit of play in the sparco sliders, that is just the way they are
i have the same problem on my Sparco slider.i've come up with two solutions:
1)adapt stock seat rails to the seat.i did this just a few weeks ago when putting a Sparco seat in a friend's car.it ended up actually sitting lower than my seat does, and has the smooth, slop free action of the stock sliders.
2)try to slightly crimp the outer rail and tighten it's fit on the inner half.this would probably require removing the rail and a little punding with a hammer, but i've got to do something as it's starting to get annoying.

The stock slider idea is actually quite a novel suggestion, i'll look into it. is it a pretty high degree of difficulty to do it?

not at all....my friend didn't want to spend the money for the slider, and happened to find a thread on here about adapting the stock slider.very simple-you'll still the need the adapter plate that utilizes your four factory seat mounting holes, your stock sliders and a length of about 1/8" thick,2" wide steel stock.i was able to find it pretty easily with a search-if you can't find it let me know and i'll take some pics fo his.
