Default Offset difference worth price difference?

Enkei rpf1's
15 inch
they come with either 38 or 41 offset. My gut says go with the 38 for a better stance. I can get the 41 for about 200 bucks cheaper than the 41. In your eyes, worth it? I can justify the price difference if it's going to help on the track. But has anyone here ever just changed offset on same rim and noticed a difference????

Look at 3 mm on a ruler. You'd NEVER notice.

You can also get a set of 3mm spacers for way less than $200 and achieve the same thing. 3mm spacers would even work with stock wheel studs.

Default my math says this...

$190/wheel for 15x7 currently. He said $200 cheaper. I assume this is per set.

So ($800-$200)/set / 1 set / 4 wheel == ~$150/wheel.

Ah, so you're assuming that $190/wheel price. Gotcha.

Assuming we're talking about the 15x7, they don't come in +38, they come in +35 and +41.

Where are you buying from that has such a price difference?

Default Yah if he is paying >> $190/wheel

he needs to go to GoodWin Racing. Also Evasive Motorsports (HT sponsor)
is selling them at the price right now too.

I'm buying four sets from a local shop. He is stocking the 41 offsets, but not the 35. Guy owes me a favor. He's saying if he has to order the wheels with 35 offset, price jumps up. He would have to order too many to "make it worth his while".
