Default More ECHC at NASA...

Just a few stats...

- 22 Cars in the Saturday afternoon exhibition. All Hondas.
- 13 RACE PREPPED Honda Challenge cars were at the event even though there wasn't even a Honda Challenge points race.
- The fastest cars in the comp school sessions were in the hands of Honda Challenge drivers (I'm not mentioning names, their heads are already swollen enough). Seriously, they put on a great show.

As of right now we are approaching 30 verbal commitments for the Inaugural Honda Challenge races at CMP in April. If you're not driving in it, you should at least come watch. I think we proved this past weekend that we will be putting on one hell of a show.

Scott, who is exhausted and still hemorraging (sp?) from the beatdown Karl gave him.

Oh, almost forgot...

****, great to finally meet you. Serious mad skillz bro, but you need to familiarize yourself with section 3.4 of the ECHC rulebook my friend .
Your car isn't even asthetically pleasing to Shultz, and that's damned scary.

Hmm, I don't get it. Is it the dirt? The mismatching mirrors? The crumpled sheetmetal? The gouged front bumper? Cracked wing? Crooked hood? Rusty aluminum wheels? Duct tape numbers? I think you should be more specific.

Bah, no need to worry, I'll make it look good at 100 mph / 100 ft.

I lined up just 2-3 cars back from you guys, and I was knee deep in V8's. I could take a dive bomb pass, but then they'd just take it back on the back straight. An entertaining fight, but slow. They were PAINFULLY slow up the esses. No one went up those esses like we did!

Yea, that was classic... can a 3500lb stock car on slicks out brake 3 different hondas with identical brakes, NOPE! Good thing everyone cleared, isn't much room to get around that car in turn 1 when its sideways... I did have a blast, just wish warren could have played with the rest of us..

Its going to be a fun year!

Easy on people who get sideways in 1.
though only once, and at least I managed to save it.
Just ask Scott. "Both feet in! Both feet in!"
Let's just say that I was trying to find my braking point, and it is before 3...
Ooops.

"Fun" doesn't even scratch the surface.

As of today, I have 29 verbal commitments to enter the ECHC races at CMP in April. TWENTY NINE HONDA RACE CARS!!!

If we can convince Bookler to make the drive... 30.

Scott "what the hell have I started" Giles

If you can convince somebody up here to loan me a tow vehicle, I'll make the drive.

How'd you get the car to the track this weekend, or was that your sponsor's car?

That was my co-driver's wife's car (a Land Rover). Unfortunately I can't get that again for this one...

That was pretty cool it was also impressive display of sheer horsepower.. and also... not enough brakes! When they came out of 17 onto the front stretch the stock car was about 3 to 5 car length behind Starnes about the star Finish line he was in second then he was in first..... then in the grass.. it was pretty exciting.. and a pretty balsy move on the pat of the stock car.... but IT was cool to see the first three cars come across be Honda Challenge Cars!!!
