Lap timer recommendations

I'm looking into getting a lap timer for my car. What models would you guys recommend? Thanks.

HotLap is popular, but I went with the Intercomp. It has a "blanking" feature that allows you to set a sleep tiime so it will not read possible falses.

Ex: You are running lap times of 1:50.. your personal best was 1:48.. you will most likely never run (that day) faster than a 1:40.. so set the timer to "sleep" until 1:40 and wake up to take the beacon.

No falses!
