Default EK Rims and Offset

I've tried other forums and no one has been able to help, but this is a race set up and hopefully you guys can help.

I want to know if you think it will fit and with a minumal drop, and be able to avoid any rubbing.

16x7.5 with a 40mm offset up front and 16x8 with 42 or 44mm offset in the back

Is anyone running this setup or something similar. I want to get the biggest contact patch I can.

It will be going on my race hatch (all motor B16b EK)
