Problem?

I know from being there that those pictures are the absolute extreme limit of lift for that car... and I think its resonable as an extreme. But its really up to what the driver is used to...and more issues come into play than that, such as the amount of neg. camber in the rear.

I don't see any problem with inner tire lift. The rear of the car needs enough grip to keep the rear end planted whether it is done with one tire or two I don't think it matters all that much, however, if you would like to explain why it is so bad I'd be willing to learn.
Most of the top running STS Civics are frequently lifting the inside wheel, and they're winning national championships, it can't be all that bad.
Nice pictures by the way.

nice car, '90-'91 front bumper > '88-'89 front bumper...but rear discs? why?

She is an 88 Si so she came with rear junk drums i put the rear disc set up on for more braking power. She has a 90 front bumper and still the 88 rear lights and bumper sorry i did not have the cash for the later model stuff.
The car is a GRM car which i am sure David and Scott will jump in here sooner or later.
It sports a B16 a1
J1 trans with a Y1 lsd " which that took some work to make fit"
it has rear si discs and teg fronts
a home built k member that uses hind joints in stead of bushings.
i have 500lbs springs in front and 550 in rear with a 23 mm rear bar.
the stock si front bar
and a 6 point cage she still is a bit heavy at 1780lbs.
At last years GRM i put down 161.83 hp with 101lbs torque to the wheels.
the engine is bone *** stock on the inside just some porting work " that i did" a cheep header and a type r intake, cam gears..
all for the bargin price of $1983. buck- a- roo's..
As for the tire issue if it can brake rims by the amount of traction then i am not touching the suspension..

I don't see why lifting a rear wheel is a problem. Would you rather take weight/grip away from the outside front corner to put that useless rear wheel down on the ground? It's a FWD car, it still won't do anything . . .
I've just always wondered why anyone would worry about this as a "problem."

Turns out that car doesn't handle quite like mine.
