Default ARRC Time!

Who's coming?

Are you ready?

My car is ready, and faster than it has ever been before... picking up my hoosiers on thursday, should be ready to rock.

I hope to improve on last year's finish. Of course after getting DQ'ed for sound, that was DFL, but hey, whadday gonna do? If I somehow improve on my 7th on the track, I will be very very happy.

I know Catch is coming, and HRacer... who else?

I'll be there helping our man Giles and whoever of the usual suspects need a hand. Look for the impossibly large white SUV or even possibly the white CRX.

I am paddocking on the skidpad, camping in the infield. One of my crew bitches (Cameron, one of your crew bitches from the 13 hour) is bringing a pony keg of Red Oak for Saturday night.

ITA (if stretch shows) has AT LEAST 5 "top 3" cars. They won't all fit.

I might have the best seat in the house for that race. If I can even keep 'em close.

I think you have a pretty good idea who it is. I would just love to see him put that thing first one the podium

I will be on Thurs running the test day and will be running the Pro IT and ARRC.

Should be a fun race. See you there.

And I really don't like racing in the rain so I am voting no for the rain.

I should be arriving around 11-12 Wednesday night and am planning on running two of the test sessions on Thursday. I'll be there with my bright orange '92 ITA Integra - number 73 this weekend. I should be parked somewhere in the middle of the upper paddock area with the rest of the long rigs (70ft of RV & trailer) so look for me.

ITA does look pretty tough and with Joey Moser and Dave Beyersdorf coming, I think CenDiv has a decent shot a two podium finishes. Of course, if Bob shows up (and finishes), that will change. (pleasedon'tcomepleasedon'tcome!)

I'd love a top 5 but we'll have to see - might be loftly aspirations.

Yeah, there are some seriously fast ITA cars down this way. Although at this moment, at least one of the fastest cars hasn't registered (Chuck Reynolds in the CRX that won last year.

Road Atlanta is also a tough track to get RIGHT. You can get close very quickly, but to really nail it takes some serious dedication. Anthony Serra last year was a definite exception, as I have never seen someone grasp this place that quickly.

If you guess wrong with Rd. Atl, it will cost you lots of money.

The yellow/blue #90 Integra will be arriving at the track Wed evening and it will be doing its best in the ARRC sprint and enduro races. Although at this point there doesn't seem to be a larger ITA field than in the last couple of years, I don't remember recognizing more names on that entry list than I do now. There are a LOT of top cars running at once this year. I do suspect that Chuck's CRX will make it for the ARRC sprint (how could it possibly not!) and there's a good buddy coming up from Florida with his 240SX that is also not on the entry list yet. Finally, quite recently a little birdie told me Mr.240SX himself has been making preparations and will make it out in ITA (as well as SM), so I don't think anybody needs to worry about that.

I also can't wait to see the SM, ITS, ITC, ITB, heck all the races. I'll see everyone there, should be fun!!

I hope all that comes true...the more the merrier!

Is that Mr. M from Florida? He is quick...had a good run last year until that spin in 1.

haha - ok, so maybe a top 10 then...

I'm just really excited and can't wait. It should be a serious judge of how my car/driver combo is stacking up; exactly what I want.

Trever told me 2 days ago that Chuck is *not* planning to run the CRX in the ARRC sprint. He's just running it in the pro-IT. Subject to change of course.

Chuck is currently going to run the Hoosier Scirocco in ITC in both the Sprint and Enduro (with Walt's Dad).

I'm running the Sprint and the enduro with Renee and Blake. We'll try to make sure we match up Blake and Chucks enduro stints for the entertainment value .

Its going to be an expensive weekend, but what the hell, we've got several months to recover... Right?

How can last year's winning car just sit this one out? It's hard to believe nobody wants to give that car a chance this year. The grid will not be complete without it.

But I honestly don't know. The fact that Chuck himself is not running the ARRC in ITA came as a surprise to me.

Exactly. It is time for Chuck to come play himself.

But, if he isn't going to, then we should lean on the man who drove it last year to give it another run.

Guys,

Raced against "mr. 240" just this last weekend and he had it DIALED IN. That car has some serious HP.
