Default A032R drone

I drove on these things before, but I don't remember them being this loud. Is the droning suppose to be amplified when decelerating to a stop, because I feel like the tires are humming a song to me when I step on the brakes

BIG symmetric tread blocks do that. Azenis do the same. Nothing you can do except deal with it, or get different tires.

Matt-knows why quiet Michelin tires don't have big symmetric tread blocks....

I like the tires, just wanted to know whether they get louder as you come to a stop.

Holy Moly! 25,000 miles on A032R's??? how many street driven miles can someone expect out of them? If you mix in a few track, and auto-x days?

25000 miles including 2 race weekend meaning RACING ON THEM W2W and 2 hpde weekends....over 300 drag launches....the fronts do need to be replaced as they are bald! rears still have over half life left and heated up quite nicely at this past weekend event.

Well that's kind of what my BFG KDW's do when I let off the throttle and coast down for a stop. I don't hear them when accelerating, well because the K&N FIPK intake system and Gibson exhaust kinda drown it out....will also drown it out at a constant 50-55mph in 5th. I kinda like the tires sound when coasting down though...

Vracer111 who likes a vehicle that talks back to him and lets him know what the engine and road is doing - quiet vehicles just don't cut it...

That's depressing. I lost 2/3 the life of my set in one weekend.

yeah.. thats kind of the life of the tires I usually hear about. 5,000 miles or so seems to be average reading the stuff found searching the archives.

Remember, when you're at the racetrack:
