suggestions.. bent core?

Default suggestions.. bent core?

I have a 1997 honda civic ek hatch with acura el front end conversion.. in october my dad spun out driving my honda on his birthday.. bleeh . long story short the tow truck driver pulled my front end/bumper off and bent my core support. the only damage I found was in the picture below. any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Looks like it tore out some spot welds...?

If so grind it smooth, then bend and weld it back.

yeah that looks pretty minor...some creative use of clamps of some sort may hold it tighter while you weld. That lower section is pretty stiff tho, I've flogged the **** outta mine to try to bend it back down..ended up grabbing a junkyard specimen recently
