Rims Painted, problem
so i had my rims all the way to bare metal, i white primerd them, 3 coats and left to dry for 30 minutes. then i painted 3 coats of white dupi color, then let wait again for 30 minutes, then clear coated.
now each of the rims are white, but are starting to become yellowish. what did i do wrong?

For starters, Duplicolor is poor quality material. Secondly, wheels usually get too hot for most standard paints. I'm sorry to say that to fix the problem you'll need to take off the paint and recoat them with a high-temp paint.

2. prob too much clear (yellowish)
3.didnt let paint dry.
uh the paint is specifically for rims. so i think it is ok. plus I've seen many people get great results from it.

Try to wet sand with 1500 grit and 2000 grit. Then buff it out and see if it is still yellow. IDK if it will work, but just a thought.
