like duplicolor or something like that

That's Dark Amethyst Pearl. The "-4" at the end appears to be a factory code indicating the car was painted in Canada. Since only '97-'99 Civic hatches came in Dark Amethyst Pearl and all '96-'00 Civic hatches were built in Canada, this would make sense.

I don't know about getting a whole can, but if you're getting any sort of can size I'd say it's more than just touch up paint at that point.

Btw, local Honda dealers are probably out of this touch up paint color since the last year it was on a car was 1999. I know that Milano Red touch up paint had been discontinued until the Fit came back in Milano Red, and Milano Red was available until 2001 at least (Integra/CR-V) and the Fit came to the US in 2006, so Honda discontinued Milano red touch up paint within five years.

 

You can get the little bottles from TouchUpPaintOnline.com. I just repaired 5-6 paint chips on my hood with their paint and they look a lot better now.

I also tried duplicolor paint before. They don't match and I complained to the guy sat AutoZone. They said it's pretty common for them to not match and they gave me a refund on it.
