Recently washed my 2007 Accord and noticed these ~2 "spots" - Overall not awful but I'd like to fix this while it's hopefully still minor. Trying to identifyy it online, but can't tell- Is this clearcoat failuire, oxidation, or something else? Any ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks in advance for your help!
