New Gun
Im currently using a devilbiss GTI, but im not enjoying it as much as i use to, i was thinking of the Sat Jet 3000RP and the I wata LPH 400, which one do you guys think is the best?
Iwata lph400 all day. It sprays both base and clear awesome, and the clear lays like glass not bad for a hvlp (High Volume Low Pressure) and reduces orange peel(if you know how to spray of course)compared to other guns.
Not to mention the gun is light as heck very good for overall paint jobs.I'd say
and last is cheaper than a sata and it's japanesse made.Alot of high end body shops use more the IWATA then the SATA 3000(Yes the SATA has a digital gauge to read air pressure and stuff),but I sprayed with both and the IWATA is more my gun of choice.

SATA 3000RP is a clear gun (REDUCE PRESSURE)

I spray w/ both Sata NR2000 and Iwata lph400, they are both great, top notch guns w/ fine atomization. All my jobs look great straight from the booth, there is no difference between the 2 guns in the end. I do like how well the Iwata atomizes at very low pressure for certain custom techniques, but again I can do the same thing w/ the NR2000. I still prefer to use NR2000 though. If I was going to buy another clear gun I would get the Iwata, already have 3 NR2000's.

I like spray with both the Sata and Iwata, but Iwatas lay down alot of material faster. Iwata is a Japanese maker. Also if you get the LPH400 you could get their new LVB base cap for metallics and pearls. It just blows up the flakes.
