Default Help with this? (Clear coat help?)

- So i'm been noticing that my cars paint job has been going down hill slowly. Its been almost a week since i wash my car. Been over a month or two or three since i wax it.
Yes, my car is always outside. No i dont know what condition the paint really is in. Been with my for only about 5 years..

What exactly is my problem?
I seem to have two issues
1) What is going on here?

2) I dont have pictures of this but.. If you were going to look at my car. The sides and bumpers and what not look nice, perfectly (mostly)... Then you look at the trunk top, roof and hood.. It looks almost brown?
Just to help you since i dont have a picture.. If i were to use Scratch X by Maguiers or whatever.. It goes away.. Then i wax it using their gold class.. It looks fine but will eventually come back.

What can i do? Fix?

- Any ideas?
- Anyone in South California that can help out with this?
- I've never done any paint work myself so I have no real idea what im doing.

- Updates pictures on issue..

See how the trunk (left) is brownish and dull and the right side (bad side panel) is shiny and blue?

This is the hood with the same issue.. (Roof has it too)
Its just very dull and brownish looking

How exactly would i buff it out?

Like i said earlier, ive used scratch x and it will come off and then i wax it to "protect" it.
But it still comes back.

What can i do to stop it from coming back?

i would have to say the same thing... being out in the sun, your car takes a beating daily... nothing u can do about it unless u garage your car and only drive at night...

over the years your clear coat mustve failed due to improper washing/waxing/cutting/polishing techniques most likely maybe have contributed to its failure along with the sun.

u can re-clear... but some parts it looks like its down to the paint... consult a fo-fesshional... some places may give free estimates...
