I only prefer Oem Rad supports. But then again I know people with Keystone(Highest aftermarket company.)And they fit absolutely awesome and come with a warranty. If you go with a aftermarket deff go with Keystone.
If you still want Oem but want one used go with LKQ (Like kind quality). They're Oem parts that are used and way cheaper than purchasing new at the dealer.

I have two supports (one OEM and one aftermarket) and they basically align the exact same.
My question is in concerns to bumper/hood alignment. Are there any issues with cars not lining up properly from use of NON OEM supports.
I get the ba

I'd buy the OEM, especially on if its a car I'll be seen driving around.

I compared two supports. I bought a non OEM and I recently purchased my second one (OEM) because I have a smalle section (the section between the headlight and grill) that has about a 1 inch gap in it.
Gap remains the same with both supports.
So I was told there is no difference if you have OEM fenders etc.
