This was a custom job. It was a respray on the EBP, but the clear coat had a spike of Red Pearl so it looked blue, to a royal purple, to a vibrant purple depending on the light.
In the pick below you can see the variances because of the lighting. The bumper and side fender are the same color.
But now it is back to the OEM color....nothing special

all of those are without any wax, just clay bar and a few hand polishes
its a pear black basecoat with uber blue flake on top, then heavy clear coat

super marine blue pearl FTW!!! looks like mine, except mine was a hit-or-miss kinda thing when tellin the painters what i wanted, it wasnt "exactly" what i wanted so i got a discount hahahaa
