Alright since my 93 coupe was killed by a drunk driver and is still coming back to life im working on my new 91 hb! and was wondering how hard it is to get rid of some rust by the rocker panels ill probably put new ones on also the quarter panels are mudded so what should i do order new ones and cut and weld or how do i do that never really dont extreme rust repair before. Also need some ideas for paint because at the moment shes ridin in rusto white. I'm thinking of either keeping it white or painting it that deep orange that you see on like dodge neons. Also for the front and rear bumpers it had a mugen body kit but hillbillies installed it with a crap ton of screws and apparently he hit a deer and cracked the front bumper and cut the rear bumper and did a terrible job of sanding apparently like 0 grit is what people are using now. But I'm thinking of going back to stock bumpers with a lip kit and a new spoiler.

 

It would be better to replace with a new rocker panel,depending on how bad it is.if not grind to raw metal and put put fiberglass bondo.sand smooth and put 3 coats of primer.that should do it
