I'm looking at Boosting or Swapping my '00 D-Series Civic. My concern is I live in NY and know it won't pass Inspection running an OBD I ECU for Boost or the Wrong ECU if I do the motor swap.....

One thing that came to mind for Boost was keep the Stock ECU and Injectors and swap them back before inspection...? Not a huge hassle but still annoying. Not sure what I could do if I swapped the motor tho??

So my question is, how are you guys passing inspection that live in NY if you are swapped or Boosted?
