Hello, unfortunately we do not carry H4h HID kits, but consider us for any other bulb sizes

Are the Bi-exon hids option for Low and high beams? What color are 10-12k and How much would it be for an eg 92-95 with H4?

Yes, Bi-xenon gives you HIDs for low- and high-beam. 10000K is a deep crystal blue color and 12000K is a crystal purple color. Bi-xenons are $175 shipped or $165 picked up
