wtb 99-00 civic sedan
Looking to buy a clean 99-00 civic sedan or integra db sedan. Im approved a loan for $4500.
colors preferred - black, white, or silver
Model - ex preferred but lx is fine.
Integra ls, gs or gs-r.
5 speed preferred.
Loan prefers cars to have 135000 or under mileage.
Would like to know about maintenance.
No rust please, no body damage, minimal dings and scratches are a given.

Also it would be easier if it was local because i live in waukesha wisconsin and to beable to do private seller through a loan i need a copy of ttitle and bill of sale and after that i need the seller of the vehicle to go with me to the credit union to sign over so unless you want to drive from out of state then it would be easier to know beforehand. Thanks.
