Wanted: Midwest Engine Builder/Assembly
Any midwest engine builders out there? Not necessarily a shop but someone who knows how to build an engine and does this on the side? Just curious...looking to ball park a built shortblock. Have "most" the internals already but looking for someone who knows how to properly assemble and such.....not looking for a hack-job but not looking to spend a grand for assembly at an unknown shop when every single part is ready to drop in.
B series for reference
"Yea i know i should/could read up on the subject and slowly but surely assembly it myself but seems like alot of time and money on tools i most likely would not use twice for a job i simply don't have the spare time for."

Where are you located? Me and my buddy have been building motors and can definately help you out. We have a shop we take all of our machine work to, a friend who does custom machining(could make you any part you want) and someone who can tune the car if needed. I will pm you my number as well as some addition information.
St.Louis, Mo
Willing to drive a bit to drop off the block and internals etc, still probably cheaper and less risky than shipping...my last shipping experience with a block led to a 4 month ordeal with usps and a damaged block
