Default Watch out!!!!!!!

The name is allmotorb18c14door. Watch out for this name. He advertised a H23/H22 in, good running condition, built by a machine shop, with an ecu for $700. Me and buddy drove 3 hours to Maryland to get it. First off, the ecu DIDN'T come with it. Second, when we get it back home, it turns out the balance shaft is locked up. Hell, there's not even a pulley or b/shaft belt on it. I contact the guy and it turns out that it wasn't even his motor. It was his brothers. They proceed to tell me that I'm **** out of luck. The thread is still open in the mid-atlantic for sale forum for anyone to look at. I also have all the PMs where he told me a machine shop in buds creek, maryland built it and it's in good running condition. That it's ready to go, just add an ecu. All lies!!!! Watch out for these 2 a$$ clowns.

first of all man, i told u it was my bros u came gave him the money not me. i posted cause he has no internet access. just cause the balnce shaft has no belt on it does not mean motor bad, i told u to delete it like everyone does, but u dont want to and kept running ur mouth, the reson i told u to delete is to fix it, guess u didnt want fixed that damn bad. then yea i said an ecu, but why give u an ecu for the motor when it wont work cause u didnt tell me ur car was 94 prelude, i only have 97 prelude ecus, so the ecu would of done u no good anyway. then u wanna contact me and tell me to give u the money back. dude i dont have ur ****ing money my brother does cause it was his not mine. so dont make it seem like i ****ing ripped u off. goodbye man. and goodluck. oh yeah plus u said u dont know nothing about hondas and u wanna act like idk what im talking about. well srry to hear but i told u if u bought off me id gladly refund the money but u didnt.

You posting it makes you just as guilty. And I had told you that I just wanted a motor that was stock and reliable. Yes, the head is not stock but that is nothing. And yes I dont know that much about hondas. But the dealership I work for has plenty of technicians that do. The motor was suppose to be a drop-in motor, ready to go minus hooking up the vtec. Not something that I needed to go inside the motor to get running. And the ecu thing, you promised an ecu in the deal. Regardless if it was the correct one or not, it should,ve been with it.

why didnt you check over the motor before you bought it? Why didnt you make sure you had the ecu when you left? Sound like a fail on your part you dont deserve your money back.

Jesus allmotorb18c14door please go back to school and learn some proper English, you are making my eyes hurt. Also it just further instills in people that read this, that you and your "bro" are douche bags, who are just trying to take advantage of people. I would have to side on the OP on this one, but I do agree, you should always inspect things before leaving with something like a long block. Hopefully the OP will learn a lesson from this transaction.

Those are my .02

Yes I am new to the honda game. I told the guy that from the start. I guess that was a clear invitation to be taken advantage of, but I was going off of what the seller was telling me.

Simply put if you advertise something on your name you stand behind it. Should of checked it out before standing behind it. Stating that an engine is good to go doesnt mean they would have to delete anything, and typically a locked up balance shaft could be further indication that there are additional problems with the engine ::sadface::

On the other hand the buyer not knowing much about engines should of brought someone who did so they could check out the engine. Don't ever just take someones word for it. Also If you negotiated for a ecu in the purchase either leave with one or re-negotiate before leaving ::FAIL::

its a real simple 2 step process...
1. Coach yourself out of acting like a child on here and making your brother look like the idiot seeing as YOU sold it.
2. Refund the man's money or give him the money needed to fix it..

People like you make people like me have no sympathy for RIFRAF like you on here.

...and just a reminder...word travels fast on here.

facepalm!

OP- have you ever bought anything before, have you ever gone to taco bell, order something then check the bag? this is honda-tech. 75% of the kids on here are sketch-***** or thieves.

SELLER- why is it so hard to get you brother involved. why are you speaking for him? you keep saying, "Id give you your money back but you didnt pay me."instead of trying to solve the issue. That seem like a shitty excuse to get over on this guy, or your admitting that your brothers with a thief.

well then it sounds like the OP is just mad because one of the technicians from his shop told him it was junk and now hes mad. theres is one thing that the SELLER is guilty of...illiteracy. no offense but I have to read your post 3 or 4 times to understand it.
