looking for someone in the northern va area or close to it that can rewire my car, its a 95 civic coupe ex. got it about a month ago and things dont work and and when they do they dont work right. it tried fixing it but just not that good with diagrams and all that. looks like the person that had it before me had or tried to put an alarm on the car. but theres wires every where and i dont know where to start. let me know if you can help or point me in the direction of someone that can. thanks in advance.

 

can anyone help me?? i currently cant drive the car at night because none of the rear lights light work except the blinkers and third break light and it gets dark by 5 so cant really use the car i really need this car cant keep bumming my brothers car.
