what kind of lights are these? HELP.
They're not bright enough to put out any usable light. You have to buy special LED lighting units that cost quite a bit of money (for any kind that would not be in a foglight type housing/beam).
Audi uses them. Your Honda does not.

They won't be anything flexible like that.
The aftermarket units are usually in a box housing with a special lens, and a giant heat sink and resistor.

Pictures are misleading. That car has ricer LED strips too. It's super easy to make lights look brighter in photos than they actually are -- especially when you take the photo from a direct angle to the light source.
You're one of the slower students, aren't you? Let me break it down into cliff-notes for you:
1. Guy makes thread about LED strip.
2. General consensus (read: agreement / opinion) is that they are the eBay / Autozone / CSK / riceshop stick on strips.
3. Guy asks if they put out bright enough light to see by.
4. I educate him that you need a special type of LED array to produce usable light.
5. I post pictures of the hardware used in Audi's.
6. Guy says they seem brighter than the stuff he sees on eBay.
7. I inform him of the magics of photographing light from a direct incident (read: angle) to the light source (read: bulb or led).
Here's where you come in, pay attention:
8. You come in and say some stupid **** about 'angel eyes.'
9. I correct you, using pictures to site my claims.
10. You say something else about Audi's.
11. I inform you that we've already discussed the 'Audi' factor.
12. You get diarrhea of the mouth.
That brings us up to speed. Pay attention next time.
