Default Warning buying cheap HID kits on ebay from lighting623.

Just a heads up to avoid this seller on ebay: lighting623
He sells cheap HID kits (I wanted something just for fogs).

I purchased one through ebay/payal and for some reason paypal decided to use an old address which I no longer live at as my ship to address. Contacted seller to tell them I don't live there anymore, could he ship to new address. He said no, so I told him to cancel the order. He went ahead and shipped it anyway so he can keep my money. He also didn't require a signature so whoever lives at my old address is going to get a free HID kit. I really have no idea why paypal pulled up an old address, anyways.... T

his guy is under a bunch of companies, HID systems, Kalex Brightstar etc...some importer of Taiwan/China made HIDs. Found the company on BBB and this is what pulls up:

I learned my lesson ^^;. Keep up the great forum.

So paypal screwed up and the seller is an scammer, how does this relate to cheap/crap ebay hid kits?

If paypal screwed up than they should pay you back and at the least you should file a claim against the guy...... Tho I'm willing to bet if possible that you could contact the current residence of your old locations and be able to work an exchange or something....
