USDM 92-95 headlights question!

Do these headlights have holes for city light sockets?!

I looked at them and theres a part where city lights would go...but blocked off with something and some screws? could that not be a city light socket area?

The JDM ones do... so do the eBay JDM-Styled ones...

Not worth the money, unless you are getting a clear lens one to retro...
