turn signal flasher

anyone know where they sell these make the turn signal faster 2 slow then 3 fast
also for the brake when you step samething

they go for $50 im not sure on the name of the company that sells it but a company called autoindg sells it. my brother has it its pretty cool still blinks bright slow or fast.
