Default stupid HID's

alright, ive had this problem for about 2 months now. and i have replaced bulbs and ballasts and nothing has seemed to fix it.

whats going on is one of my bulbs is turning yellow. it always seems to be the one on the passenger side too. ive had bi xenon hi/lo kit on and the passenger light started turning yellow. so i replaced them with just normal hid bulbs with halogen high beams and those seemed to work for a while then the passenger light started to turn yellow, i noticed when i turn my lights off and then back on the passenger side light would turn yellow then try to turn back to its normal color (6k) so i put back in the bi-xenon set up with new bulbs and the passenger side light turns yellow just when i turn my lights off then back on after already having them on for a while.

i have redone the ground wire on the headlight harness thinking that would help. ive also check all of my grounds and connections and all are fine. have i beaten this thing to death?? is there no fix for this??

i need help from an expert on hid's or electronics, thanks guys
