i drive a 91 honda civic 4dr with a b20

i cannot drive my car at night! my lights are way tooo dim compared to my cousins lights, on lowbeam. everytime i turn my lights on, i smell this burning wire smell inside my car, only happens when i turn on my lights!! my car light is like short circuit or something, my taillights are dim and passenger side dont brighten when i step on the brakes. only driver side does. my license plate light is dimmed. my headlights are dimmed..my passenger corner doesnt work..my driver side signal from the corner light dont work..my passenger highbeam is lower than my driver side..

possible open positive wire touching somewhere?

I NEED YOUR GUYS HELP ASAP!! PLEASE!

another problem..i have automatic seatbelt, my seatbelt wires and plugs are attached..but why everytime i hit the gas or hit a bump, my seatbelt light comes on and that ANNOYING beeping sound, happens continuously.. why is that?

 

can i get help please?

what are these 2 wires? and where does the red one go? i took my dash out and it was grounded to the car


and whats this and where does it go?
