Hey all. I've done some research online and threw forums as best as I could and came up with nothing so I'm here to ask and pick some brains. I am wondering if anyone has done or has knowledge on how to do the rear rail light sequential turn signals like the new mustang's have. I have a 99 civic coupe all lights are LED and the turn signals are red instead of amber bulbs. I would like to go from one turn signal per side to essentially 3 utilizing the 2 park/brake lights per side as turn signals as well as keeping original function. I ordered a 3 step sequential kit off Amazon

So I'm wondering if:
1, it can be done at all?
2, the 2 upper brake lights on the tail light can be used for turn signals and still be used for park lights and brake lights?
3, I need to change the other bulbs?
4, i need any other products to achieve this?
5, finally any other knowledge or know how on this subject?
thanks in advanced! Here's a pic of my cars rear end
