TL's into an EJ Civic headlight is going to be a tough retrofit. Those are some really big projectors.

The RX350 Bi-Xenon would be a bit easier.

 

yeah for stock clear eg/ej headlights, you could fit fx-r/rx350bx.. tls will fit with lots and lots of mods.. you dont have to go bixenon, but its a good idea since eg/ejs use a single bulb for both low and high beams..
