2009 Honda Accord Sedan LX. I was recently in a car accident and had to replace my passenger side qtr panel and headlight assembly. After replacing both headlight assemblies and the R front QTR panel, when i turn my headlights on,my turn signals (front & rear) come on steady. With headlights off, all turn signals and hazards work as expected. Thought?

 

Damaged wiring

 

I agree, but i am surprised by the rear turn signal lights doing the same thing. I guess first step is to remove the bumper and quarter panel for a wiring inspection. ugh!

 

Only the rear is called the quarter panel, front is a fender.
