When I touch my brakes all my lights then to turn on that would be exterior of the car lights. If i put a signal light and i touch my brakes this tends to stop and then all the lights turn on... where can i find the route to this problem?

Harness grounds. I drove my car to the paint booth without the tail light harness grounded because i was in a rush and it did this same thing.

Did you change out you trunk\hatch recently possibly new tail lights?
