Default Interior Lights

i have a 95 honda civic dx and i got some interior lights iv installed. and i currently tested them on my Amp thats hooked to my sub. and they work fine. just cant run them from my amp, it powers them 24-7 cause they stay on even when car is off. were can i run it too so it will cut off when my car cuts off?

The correct way is to run a power line off of the ignition active circuit in the fuse box, use a relay and an appropriate fuse, and power the lights from that.

And the amp should not be powered at all times. If it is, someone seriously fooked that install. The amp should only come active with the headunit, which is only active if the accessory circuit is active...

lol if that amp is on all the time it will drain the battery overnight for sure. Happened to me on my last amp that got messed up internally.
