Default HID install...

I installed this kit today, but they didn't work. I double checked all my connections, and I was careful not to touch the bulbs. I got this kit from a friend, unused. It didn't come with instructions, but it was pretty straightforward. Is there anything I need to do other than plug the harness and connectors in...?

Sometimes the connector you insert into the ballast must be reversed!. Some cars wiring is reverse polarity, so you may need to switch the polarity and that fixes the problem 99% of the time. Also make sure you hook up that connector to the headlight harness too

Also check ur grounds (if headlights use them, not sure). Once my fogs would not turn on and I relocated the ground and they were good to go
