Hi there,i am from Malaysia. I am looking around for H4 glare shield because my aftermarket HID beam is scattered and shines onto oncoming cars. Is anyone here selling it?

There is nothing that you can do prevent glare with an HID burner in stock headlamps. A headlamp is designed to use one type of bulb or burner and switching to another type moves the source of light in the headlamp to a different position. Light bounces off the reflector in different angles compared to a stock bulb and therefore causes glare to other drivers.

Do other drivers a favor and put in regular H4 bulbs back in. If you want to do an HID setup the right way, you are going to have to replace the stock setup with projectors from an HID headlamp. Go to www.hidplanet.com/forums and read up.

Post pics of your lights shining on a wall from 25 ft. away. You're saying there is a visible cutoff even though you don't have projectors? That's how it is with OEM reflector HID's (although not as good as projector HID's), but pretty doubtful with HID's in a halogen reflector housing.

the light comes out in a wide flat output like the older tl's and escalades. everytime i used to work on them at work i would back them in and shine there lights on the bay doors. its a completely different type of output than projectors , but not glaring and scattered like shitty plug and play kits. the entire bottom of the headlight is dark where all the light is blocked from it. i have audi a4 projectors mounted in my hatchback headlights, obviously they have an exact cutoff on them but nevertheless, my shields serve their intended purpose in the stock housing and do it well. and it'll be a while before i have time to go out and take pics, ill see what i can do next weekend maybe.
