HID Bulb Question (Xenon+Halogen)
Hi i was wondering what the point of the halogen bulb (sometimes tinted blue) on HID Bulbs...
Ive herd a few different opinions on it but i wanted to know what you guys think...
Also is there a benefit to it or anything?

Thoses bulbs come with the lil halogen bulb already attached and because of this it also means if the bulb some how burns out, you have to buy a whole new set of bulbs....
This being said the ones I got for my buddies ford (9007's I think) had this same set up and while it wasn't perfect "high" beams, the light was in a position to make it noticeable that the highs were activeated (best really for flash to pass). Now is you really want BRIGHT highs get the moving bulb fully shielded bulbs.... or do a retro with bi-xenon projectors...
