HELP with 99-00 Fog Light Install

HELP with 99-00 Fog Light Install
I have installed the lights themselves and have everything hooked up under the hood. My issue is inside the car. I have located the factory plug for the fog lights, but I have no idea what to do with the other 2 brown plugs...
