Icon5 Headlight light bulb issue

Hello i need some help on my recent replacement i did like 3 weeks ago. i changed the whole headlight on my 2000 honda civic because the plastic was broken. i bought an aftermarket one online and replace it light bulb and everything was working fine until i noticed a couple of days ago i would turn on the dims at night and noticed that single headlight i replaced was turned on but the high beams turn on, on both. the way i get it to turn on is to give it a little bang on the outside of the headlight so it can turn on. its become to much of a hassle to do. any help or advice is greatly appreciated! thank you.

It's pretty clear that the bulb socket has a loose power or ground connection.
