If you want both low and high beams, you have to get a bi-xenon kit. If you want a kit that lasts long, stay away from eBay kits.

i don't think cheap and good goes together, but most of the plug and play kits are the same anyways.

No good kits under $100, they are mostly eBay ones.

I've gotten good kits for under a hundred and frankly that's the most I'd pay since most seller warranties are bogus and with pnp there is no guarantee.... But I've been told one too many times that I must be delusional about my cheapo kits so yea...

I've had zero issue with the kits I've gotten from a seller for under 100 shipped. I'm also saying that there are alot of people on H-T that claim it's not possible to have a kit for under a certain price be worth anything...

There is no such thing as a good PnP kit. Quality of products aside, the light and beam patterns in headlights designed for H4 bulbs is absolute CRAP.

Retrofit projectors, or go with Philips Xtreme Power H4 bulbs which put down 80% more light than regular H4's using the same amount of current.

Are those kits plug and play for a civic or what? Also how do you know what size to get? H4-3...9004-3??

yes they are plug and play.
h4/9003 for civic.
for civic 2001+ i dont know
make sure you retrofit your headlight when you do hid
reflector headlights with hid are not legal because they can blind the oncoming traffic
