Default On fire twice( what is going ON)

i have fog lights on my 94 civic coupe and my first fog light switch burnt somehow....thought nothing of it so i bought another one. SO today i am driving i smell burning plastic and i look at my switch and its smoking wtf. (using stock wiring kit with fuse and relay
I take it apart and here is what i get???

Does anyone have a clue what is going on.

Are you positive that you wired it correctly such that the current to the foglights comes straight from the battery, thru the relay and to the lights, with the switch only switching the relay?
