FAST HELP!!!! WIRING ON EK FOGS
ok so i just installed my jdm fogs onto my ek. the only problem i have is they dont turn on. they are depo fogs they came with the harness but no instructions so i came on here and luckily found some. so i was looking over all the wiring and there s a connector under my washer resevoir, but the connector that came with the fogs is the same one thats on my car and their suppose to connect. another thing i was wondering is if it makes a difference that my car is originally a 96 with the 2000 conversion and if the connectors are different. if so would it be possible to just splice those two wires together with out the . their only one pin connectors. the faster u guys get back to me the better thanks

So they don't turn on, check your grounds, check the fuse.
make paragraphs or something. put some spacing between your lines.
The depo systems, that i know about - don't really use OEM wiring.
Most have at least 3 connections: battery, ground, and parking light accessory

Here is a link to a picture in my thread bpr0422 posted to help in making a seperate switch:

btw. I just got done with my brothers rsx fog light installation. we connected everything right, so we thought. We were getting 12 volts all the way to the light sockets. Still no light. So we redid the ground in the engine bay. Then success! So make sure you get yourself a really good ground in the engine bay to save yourself time and headachs.

Anyone know where the chassis ground part for the lights themselves is located? I know the power side runs into the interior, but where does the ground go? I know it sounds dumb, but the car came wired, so I have no idea where the harness is run, or if the ground goes through a connector. Everything else works fine except the lights. They are OEM fogs for an EK. I checked that diagram above, and everything else is good except for maybe the ground for the lights, but I cannot find it. Any ideas?
If it's a ground, you can just find a chassis part (i used the radiator support) for a grounding source.
